Guatemalan singer/songwriter Claudia Junge has unveiled the first single from an EP to be released next May.
Claudia Junge is an experienced singer with two EPs released to date: “Another One (2019)” and “Roses (2020). Her style inherited from pop, soul and blues let her play widely in her songs and compositions with a high vocal level that highlights in each of her proposals.
Claudia tells us in exclusive that the song is about “free yourself”:
“when you're with someone and you don't identify with who you are when you're there, then you seek to free yourself. It's about doing it in a non-dramatic way, looking for a cooler way and the best way to be calm. We also wanted to change the vibe that we brought on "Roses" with this single and other content on the album. We looked for different sounds that provoke different feelings, we played with choruses, we played with guitars and that kind of thing to create a fresher vibe. I took on the challenge of doing something different from my previous EP.
Anymore is the first single from “Sweet Reminder” a new álbum that will seeá the light in the coming weeks. For this production, in addition to the impeccable interpretation of the artist, the musical quality is the order of the day; Julio Valle (Guitarist with Natú), Giovanni Figueroa (drums with R. Arjona and Emmanuel), Antonio Camargo (bass), Gamaliel Mayen (Piano). The production of the song is in charge of the same Claudia Junge in co-production of Gamaliel Mayen and Julio Ortiz.
