This is the sound of "Possession Island" by Gorillaz and Beck

If there is something that characterizes Gorillaz is the continuous collaboration between the band led by Damon Albarn and different artists. Recently the group presented "New Gold" in the company of Tame Impala and Bootie Brown, and after announcing the different collaborations that will have their album Cracker Island (2022) presents a new advance: "Possesion Island".

In this song he joins forces with the American musician Beck and although it was already known about this joint venture, the track could be heard for the first time live on Friday, September 23rd during the Gorillaz show at the Forum in Los Angeles.

With Damon Albarn on piano and Beck on vocals, this song was released, a ballad in which Gorillaz lowers the revolutions, accompanied by trumpets that give it a particular sound.
