The band's scheduled shows for 2020 were cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic and immediately the dream of seeing the band live again faded, but the time has come and after 11 years they are back on stage.
On July 9th, the band kicked off their Public Service Announcement, a tour that reunites Zach de la Rocha, Tom Morelo, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk after more than a decade away from the stage. The show took place at the Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy, Wisconsin.
According to a publication by Consequence of Sound, the band donated the proceeds from their first three shows of the tour, a total of $475,000, to reproductive rights organisations.
